Responsibilities
Job duties:
Work on finalizing requirements for creating business requirement documents, collaborate with stakeholders for gathering requirement of products, generating reports and building an single modular interface for managing capability of connectivity. Summarize KPI’s based on statistical data, converting business requirements into software requirements. Identify both functional & non-functional requirements, business process modelling and development and testing. Collect data and perform data validation check, training users, providing effective assistance to product owner and product manager. Responsible for data collection and performing data validation check, and training users; effectively assist product manager and product manager. Gather requirement to build web based application to manage capability of connecting different modules under single interface and generate complex reports. Collaborative with Project Managers to create project chart and project on boarding formalities. Use Statistical data to summarize KPI’S. Oversee development, execution, and maintenance of requirements life cycle. Conduct CCB meeting to handle change requests, up gradation requests and defect tracking. Create data mapping document to migrate data from Doors9 to DNG. Convert Business Requirements into software requirements and create Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, Acceptance Criteria using project management tools like JIRA and Rally also create Enterprise Wikis based on requirements. Work on Use cases descriptions include preconditions, post conditions, assumptions, and scenarios. Perform business process modeling using ARIS, identification of functional requirements, non-functional requirements, development and testing. Conduct JAD sessions (joint application development) with Stakeholder, development team and testing team for effective communication of business requirements. Work closely with Developers, Test managers, Business stakeholders and project managers to achieve project objectives in defined time frames. Train users on doors by conducting sessions and creating training materials like slides, videos, recordings and user manual. Work with MVP and help Product Owner/Product Managers with prioritization & scope management. Enable improvement in team delivery commitments and capacity planning for sprints by identifying & tracking hidden tasks that increase customer satisfactions. Follow SDLC (system development life cycle) for development and create Weekly & Monthly Status Report. Responsible for creating Use Case Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), Activity Diagrams, Deployment Views and Screen Mock-Ups. Perform data validation check on report module to identify the changes from log history; conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) for delivery with the client and take sing-off sign-off. Prepare UI specification and validation rules document for GUI pages. Manage varieties of projects including Support/Enhancements projects.

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Analytics, or a closely related field with minimum 1 year of experience working as a Business Analyst, System Analyst or related positions. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. We will also accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience. Experience should include at least One (1) year of experience working on DFDs, Jira, Rally, Enterprise Wiki, MVP and ARIS.
HOURS: M-F, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
JOB LOCATION: Houston, TX. Travel not required, but candidates must be willing to relocate to unanticipated locations across the country per contract demand.
